main theme? i am not sure if they have main theme. will check. if there is a main theme, then i try to make it.

I only see the right hand sheet. Is there a transcription of the left hand elsewhere?

i always transcript that way. as long as you know how to play chord (written above the notes).

i don't know if there's any arranger do for both right and left hand. so i cannot help you here. try to check Josh's website. he usually list from outside website, too. [link]
